What is Trakd?

Trakd is a personal tracker that runs on your phone. Create custom trackers, log entries by day, and review trends — all stored locally on your device.

Tabs

  • Log — Record entries for the selected day. Use the arrows or tap the date to jump back to today.
  • Summary — Charts and stats over 7, 14, 30, or 90 days.
  • Trackers — Create, edit, or delete your trackers.

Tracker types

  • Number — Enter a value (e.g. 2 cups, 30 min).
  • Counter — Tap +/− to count things throughout the day.
  • Yes / No — One answer per day.
  • Text — Notes or journal entries.
  • Rating — Tap 1–5 stars.

Set an optional daily goal on number, counter, or rating trackers to see a progress bar on the Log tab.

Photos

When adding an entry, you can attach a photo from your gallery. Photos are saved in this app's private folder on your phone — never uploaded anywhere. Deleting an entry also deletes its photo.

Theme

Tap the sun/moon icon next to this help button to switch light and dark mode. Your choice is remembered.

Prefer a home-screen shortcut? Use your browser’s Add to Home Screen option, or the quiet link in the footer when available.

Your data

Everything stays on this device. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no server. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app will remove your trackers and entries.
